Okay, yesterday’s post was a tad on the serious side, so today we will compensate by embracing joy, fellowship, and kucheka (laughter).
Yesterday evening, with cameras in hand, I went for a stroll to see how many Tanzanian children I could convince to dance with me. This is the result. Furahia all those beautiful watoto (children)!
For background, this song is a type of music called bongo, originating from Dar es Salaam. It is all the rage here.
Kucheza!!!! Just Dance!!!
Enjoy life to the fullest, and for heaven’s sake, dance along! And please spread the joy that is this video. And…
Be happy with what you have.
Badger OOOOOUUUUUTTTT.
Loved this!!!! You look amazing in your dress. The move suits you!! Be happy!!
Made me want to get up and dance! Music always has a way of lifting your spirits. Thinking about you and enjoying your posts.
Nothing like getting out and dancing to help lift the spirits! The children are adorable.
